I know in Ohio if you jump a title you have to pay a late fee. If the seller was smart he would just put the car in his name and get rid of all the confusion. Just saying.

Thats why I mentioned it....A hundred years ago 🤣 I bought a car same scenario, FL would NOT allow me to register it. I had to pay for a workaround out of state.

When I got my Monte, from out of state , FL made me have the seller fill out additional paperwork in THEIR name. Little things if your unaware of create a possible nightmare

Except for the headliner, the interior looks pretty nice. From what I could see on his too fast video walk around was some terrible body prep. In person, I’d bet it’s a lot worse which is too bad. For 10k, I would definitely have new paint in the budget.

That paint just keeps it nice until you do decide to repaint it. I would certainly take the roof stripes off, put those Cragers back on and clean it up. Like I said, nice start to be a good driver Monte Carlo.  Geez...Maybe I should have started off like that!
