Is This A Monte Carlo Part?

This part came back to me from the powder coater some time ago in a pile of other parts. I'm done with my project and I never found a home for this part. It looks like a part that would go on the front of a car near the radiator support and grille or maybe a bumper filler. I've come to the conclusion that it is not for a Monte Carlo or a Chevelle.  I have not seen it in any catalogs either. Anyone recognize it? The powder coater is a personal friend, and he says no one has asked for it ....yet.

Agreed not a part from our Monte!      But does look like a filler panel for a smaller car!!

I've got a front bumper filler panel for a 64 chevelle if anyone needs one.

It doesn't look long enough to be a Monte bumper filler.  Some larger metal parts have a number stamping in them.  Not necessarily a part number but some kind of number stamping which may help identify it to someone.

Thanks to all who have given input on this. I'm confident now that I didn't leave a part off ( well at least not THIS part, LOL ) and so I will give this back to the powder coater now. Hopefully the rightful owner will claim it.
