Does anyone know of a site where i can check a GM part # and see if any dealer has that part?

I always use this site. www.gmpartsdirect.com It will only tell you if the part is available and the price. The shipping is high but a lot of stuff comes in under the local dealer.

www.partsvoice.com is a parts source specifically for outdated parts. Dealers have to pay to have their parts listed here. It is a great resource for hard to find parts and very often you can get them for a very fair price since dealers are usually not aware of current market value.

 

The only difficult part is you need to get the part # to do the search. I purchased a CD from eBay years ago that lists all the part numbers for our cars that has been a a great help.

 

Good luck to all those searchin! Using this site I found an NOS load leveling switch, 2 sets of original air shocks, original air lines etc.
