I thought that image of your Monte by the 4car garage looked like Leo's garage.

Very nice Mike. Restoring it to the original colour is a great idea. Seems that we picked our cars up the same week. I'm a newby on here though and I'm really enjoying the car and this site. Mine is a 1971 SS black on black with buckets etc in great condition and 68,000 miles on it. I'll have some photos up in a couple of days. I'm just a little north of you in Ontario.

Congradulations too from another recent member from Ontario land.

Picked mine up a few short weeks back. Still taking stock of things I NEED to do and things I WANT to do this winter now that it's in the garage.

I have been a chromaholic with my bike and now it seems I will be renewing my addiction with the Monte. My sponsor (wife) gave up on me a while ago nutz to stop it.... kickingrofl

Regards

Hey Scott, I'm going to try out the "sponsor" language on my wife. If I live through it, I'll let you all know how it goes... grin

My first Monte was a 1971 SS454 in Rosewood with black top and black bench seat. Loved that car! You don't see many 71's in Rosewood. I really liked the color.

Nice ride man congrats. Going to Leos house of Montes is a real amusement park experience.

Congratulations on the new ride. I'm partial to black, but the rosewood looks very nice.......and rare.
