Mom's Car Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Well, I will be ready for the next track day. I pulled the trigger and ordered a new moser 9" Ford rear with a wavetrac, 35 spline axles and 1/2" studs. I think that will be strong enough. Now I won't be as afraid of breaking an axle when I launch it. Quote
Gonzo Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 NICE! Let us know how it fits and if it moves your wheels in or out in the wells. Quote

Mom's Car Posted May 2, 2012 Author Posted May 2, 2012 So now I have a Ford rear and transmission. Now if I can figure out how to install those torino tail lights. Quote
monte0 Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 I've been running the 9" myself for a while and I love it. Only downfall is they take more HP to run. Looking good though! Quote
Mom's Car Posted May 29, 2012 Author Posted May 29, 2012 I think it's like a 13 hp loss.......thanks Quote

I never thought about it before, but I just looked up the info on the procharger. With an intercooler I could safely run 10 - 12 pounds of boost on 93 octane......hmmmmmmmmm...... Quote
