Replacing the ball joints and cleaning up the front suspension and chassis area. I took apart the front brakes and spindles well everything was really clean just grease on them. The original colour on the backing plates and the gold plating still on the caliper brackets. When I cleaned the spindles they appear to be a blue or green originaly one with a white stripe the other with a red one, anyone know if they where blue or green from the factory. But best of all no rust.

Got the classics out for their monthly drive (weather permitting) today. After a mid January snow, most roads were cindered. Now we've had sunshine and high temps in the 50s for six days and the county got out and swept up the "gravel". All smiles!

Used it to drive over to Idaho to buy a truck (1977 chevy 4x4 short bed) to use as my winter ride. Then used it to tow home the truck when it died ( charging system ) lol. David
