Pop Up Coupons

Does anyone see pop up coupons on ebay? Also a lot of other sites. I'm trying to get rid of them with no luck. I have deleted my cookies many times and they just keep coming back. I believe they are called adware and should not harm your computer. Can anyone help?

Haven't noticed any but don't visit E-Bay much.

What browser are you using? I have been using CHROME for several years now and will not go back to IE.

Using Chrome, I went on E-Bay looking at 71 MC stuff. There were ads on the sides that changed but didn't block the stuff I was looking at and didn't see coupons.

Carl...I got the same problem here on my laptop...not sure what happened but it's been like this for about a month or so...I've been just dealing with it but would like to get rid of it. Hopefully someone out there has expert computer experience they wouldn't mind sharing.
