What was the Orginal hedlight? Powerbeam or T3?, Did rear speaker car's have the package tray with mesh in them were the speakers go?. Did bumper jack come with cover? Thank's Bob

My 71 ss top is a halo built in St Louis march. has the paint showing on side & front.

Yes the breather tube is a stock one, but the valve cover come in stock style & their pretty cheap also. Thank's bob

I felt the same, but mine has the chrome ones with the Tonawanda sticker & some, not me say it's a option because in some books they show a monte with chrome one's, but I have seen one's in book's with other incorrect part's, like silver or chrome air shock compressor & the book or owner state that the car their showing is a correct orginal car. Did an orginal 71 ss 454 ever come with chrome vavle covers?.

I have Rhino liner 2 yrs in june & would never do without it, I never had any trouble of any kind. My insurance company said if in an accident,damage they would cover the cost to repair or replace. As far as welding etc you can just cut it out were you need too, It's tough but can be done. Later Bob

What style rim would a monte have if it was equipt from factory with Rally rims. Would the spare be Rally rim too or regual steel rim? Yhanks Bob

Thank's for all the help, He has been real nice guy. Car is on it's way in an enclosed trailer. had a lot of paperwork & copy of past 2 owner's title's. He was in Lumber business, now un-employed. Is their any book's to help with resto? as far as all the other thing's are correct & color of paint's for detailing?. Was the underbody painted same color as car or undercoated black? Etc. Thank's for the reply's, I have the built sheet & it say's z20 &spec say air suspention code c67,strato buckets.etc.Litle hard to read in spot only a scan. I have a copy in my hard drive anyone tell me how to post it? updated to ls6 but only inside parts?

Car has A/C and is well documented. Air cleaner has large decal turbo jet 454 365hp on it.

I purchased a 71 ss with matching # & built sheet, but I not sure if the air cleaner is correct as it has dual inlets. & were due you find out what color paints are correct for full undercarrage detailing. I brought it on e-bay & it's being shipped to me from tx next week ebay item #1873308074. I paid a company to inspect it before payment.
