  1. When I switched from 2 barrel to 4 barrel (q-jet) I used original cable worked fine.
  2. I'll try to weigh my spare hood but not sure I'll be able to properly
  3. I'm sure there's more to consider than just weight, length of hood, angle of struts, where are you going to mount them that will hold up.
  4. Drove mine to Carlisle a few times and one year I drove to Norwalk Ohio around 8 hours or so, didn't have to get tool box out either. Last year when I trailered to Carlisle I had to get the tool box out for minor repair.
  5. Heavy and bulky, your going to need at least one other person maybe 2 to remove and install. Don't know exact weight but I'd around 80 or so is probably close. I lifted mine when it standing on end to move it around in garage.
  6. We got about a foot or so and with drifting was up to my knees in spots and on truck. Did the driveway twice today it's stopped for now. My table on my back porch is completely under snow about 3 feet. About 100 inches for the season so far but some places up north are over 200 Inches for the season. Hurry up spring 😫
  7. Is this a band? I didn't know he had a band.
  8. How's this for a forcast the yellow is just north of me where my daughter lives but not to far I'm in the red ☹️
  9. Yes it does
  10. Usually dealer installed, the ones that were on mine was held on by screws. Some dealers used the stick on ones too.
  11. Yup mine to but mine is an aftermarket tach but hooks up same way.
  12. News last night said rain and freezing rain today which we're getting and switching over to snow tonight and lake effect snow with feet of snow possibly in some areas and guess where I am? Yup in them areas so we'll see. Hurry up spring please!
  13. Now it's just a matter if the really have them or not.
  14. The one on fuse block is for the 4 way flashers.
  15. Wow that motor is certainly green I was thinking it should be yellow 🤔
  16. Either one will work, when I worked in the shop if we didn't have the ones it called for we would use whatever was close. Is it right probably not but we never had a problem if it was close. Also some have a 5/16 bolt and some have 3/8 bolt. I prefer the 3/8 myself. If your changing bots the length is not a huge deal as long as it's close
  17. Thanks again but I did ok, a little bit sore tonight but it actually felt good doing something to help Carl out he helps everyone else so much.
  18. I have a set of club coasters, some in the house some in the camper.
  19. Finished my driveway and half hour later plow came by so went back out to do the end and ended up doing mine and 4 others 😆 Carl usually helps everyone out but he's sick so I did them for him. May be time for some pain meds 😆 🤣
  20. Yea you got a little more than we did, just finished up driveway around 10 or 12 inches. Thank you Bob for your offer to help if I needed I appreciate that. Town plow still hasn't be back by, Carl said they were around at 3am but it sure don't look like it. My daughter and her family are leaving for Virginia today to catch a train to Florida then go on a cruise. Hopefully I can get my trailer out by the end of March to go south lol
  21. Back porch don't get cleared but I will go out and do driveway in a little while for the first time anyhow, plow still hasn't been by yet.
  22. Well this isn't good, like Bob said expecting around a foot or so we go probably 10 inches over night and still snowing hard. Plow hasn't even been by yet today and of course the great salt shortage of 25. I canceled my appointment this morning probably doing the driveway a couple times today.
  23. I do believe I'm going to order another new one before I do it again to be on the safe side.
  24. Do they even sell 6 packs any more I think it all 12 15 18 or 30 packs now. 30 pack of blue is around 20 bucks or so around here.
