    Put drier sheets inside the monte and under the hood. Also on top of the tires. Hope to keep the critters away for the winter.

    Yep. My 1970 Non SS had a Astro Blue steering column until I painted it black. My car came from the factory with Shadow Gray exterior and Astro Blue Interior

    My 70 Monte never had a vinyl top from the factory. I've always wanted a Blue First Gen with a black vinyl top. I found a parts car with the halo top trim and installed it all into my car. I prefer the vinyl top. Just my flavor.

    Got the Monte all waxed and cleaned up for this Sundays car show at the U.S.S. EDSON Naval Destroyer Museum in Bay City.

    I've noticed that me signature picture isn't showing up. I use photobucket for my uploads but now the photobucket image says it's not third party supported. And they want to charge me. It also looks like others have the same issue. My question is what is everyone using now to post pictures to our site. I can use my phone but the photos are thumbnails.

    Got the Monte out on Monday, my day off and washed and waxed her. Had the storage insurance taken off and reinstated the driving insurance part and took her for a ride. The Monte that is.

    I installed the new driverside hood hinge. I hate the realigning process.

    Got New Hood Hinges today for the Monte. Left side was shot. I hope this Chinese stuff lasts.

    I added the LED version of the 194's to my dash and it is so much brighter. You just lose the dimming ability of the dash lights. Now if I could get the stupid speedometer to work right.

    My Edelbrock 650 I have on the firebird does the same thing. I Just added a extra return spring to pull it back. I bought my carb as a remanufactured carb off Amazon.

    I have a 3 core champion radiator In my 70 and have no issues with it. I helps keep my BBC cool. Great radiator in my opinion.

    I replaced my bushings also. Bought the Help bushing/pin kits from O'Reillys.

    I was told that anything over 350 up it won't be able to handle it. I put a small block in my wife's firebird a few years ago and wanted to keep it a 5 speed. I put in a 350 out of a 73 corvette. My WC T5 came out of a 3rd gen IROC.
