Had a 72 monte as my first car when i was 15. Totalled it right after high school. I joined the military at 19 and bought the 72 monte I own now with my signing bonus money. It's been parked in the garage since 2008. I'm just now starting my research to build it up to be my dream car so stay tuned. Ideas I have in mind are to keep my 400sb but add my already purchased vortec heads and comp cam with air gap intake. I'm thinking of going with fuel injection and a super charger. I definitely want to lower it with all new suspension for possible autocross racing but also want to take it out to the strip and go fast straight. Definitely putting coil overs and a big disc break upgrade in as well as a posi rear end. The car itself I believe it to be a custom. It has the big front and rear sway bars, boxed rear control arms, the lighting package, power windows, power locks, cruise control, bucket seats, center console. It will be a restomod by the time I'm done with it.
