Can the controls be adapted to the factory location in the dash?

 

My factory system is intact but the compressor is shot (and the other components are 40 yrs old.)

Are the bumpers interchangeable on 70-72s? Maybe this has been done, but I think some driving lights would look good in the holes left by the park lights.

I know of some guys that put a fairly new Mustang rack on a 64 Impala. I couldn't tell you how difficult it was, but they were satisfied with the results.

Replaced the master cylinder this week-end

 

Did that go well? I've got that coming up plus a full brake overhaul.

While my shop is in the planning stages, my Monte is waiting. I did find some cheap steelies with rubber and get those on. The Buick GN wheels are going on CL. I had to jump her off today too. The battery is only two weeks old. I don't know what killed it but I disconnected the ground after I moved her closer to the house. I had hoped to go to Jared's show today but something came up.
