[After 30 years, it’s almost done.]

I bought it in Everett from a guy named Mike or Mark Murphy. The car was bone stock. Original rally wheels and air cleaner. No chrome additions or anything. 
I do have the build sheet. I found one on top of the gas tank, and the other one under the driver side bucket seat. 
The car was originally sold from Frontier Chevrolet in Billings, Montana.

I bought this 71 SS about 32 years ago. Needed full restoration, but it’s a all numbers matching car. Finished in the original Rosewood Metallic with Sandalwood cloth interior. Just a few things left to finish. 

[Vinyl top trim finish]

I know the vinyl top trim edge was painted the same color as the top. My question is the correct finish on these parts. Is it a flat or semi-gloss, or a satin finish?

[Drove a new 71 SS home today]

I have the same color interior in my 71 SS. can you send me a picture of the package tray area?   Thanks in advance..
