Absolutely right, only ever one adjustment at a time🤔

I’m not a big fan of that look, you might want to try gas shocks on the rear also to stop the front end from lifting, if not coil over suspension will cure the problem, unless your running over a hundred miles an hour the spoiler will do nothing. Sorry I’m not trying to rain on your parade, just trying to offer an opinion.

Yea, I can attest to that too, what I used to do in an hour now takes me all day, I’m sure it’s why retirement is at 65

Hopefully you recover quickly and get one more run in your weather is better than here, I put mine away today, on the hoist to keep the tires from going square, might have to take it off while I’m working on my truck, a 75 GMC 2500 that I’m restoring now

Tim that is the color my 72 was from the factory. When I stripped it in 2013 I found it under the Ferrari Red that was on it it then and repainted it the same. I never could get used to it although yours does look very good
I got the name from an original gm paint brochure, mine is still original paint from the doors back, had to paint the fenders and hood, the rest isn’t too stock any more 😂

Starting to turn, it’s almost done here, expecting snow within 2 weeks, I put my cars away last week, getting the 4X4’s ready for snow, just got a 1975 square body GMC complete with a Plow. 🇨🇦

Got customer cars out of the shop so I could get to my '71. This weekend I replaced the idler arm, pitman arm, front coil springs, front lower control arms, front shocks, front upper control arm bushings, rear coils and did an alignment. Found a set of 15X8 rally wheels earlier in the week ($150 for all 4 with centres and rings) so I put 2 on the rear to see how it looked. The front end came up 3 inches and the rear came up 2 1/2 with the new Moog coils. Hope to get to the rear control arms and bushings soon.
Wow, that’s a lot of work, amazing what new springs will do , awesome job, keep at it 👍

1972 Monte Carlo original parts
in Cars and Parts For Sale/Wanted
Posted
as a note off the top, the car has never been in an accident or driven in the winter, I have modified it just a little 😂hence why all this stuff is available for purchase.
original GM shop manual’s 1972 Fisher Body and GM service manual, plus the 1972 build manual.
Used Upper and lower front suspension A frames complete with original ball joints , both driver and passenger side, both upper and lower trailing rear arms all in excellent condition
350 turbo transmission (needs a rebuild)
350 block, original stock engine, was a 2 barrel, 2 bolt mains also needs a rebuild
drive shaft for the 350 as above, completely redone with new front U joint.
I have other parts around and some other modification stuff too, send me requests but no body parts or interior parts other than a dashboard in mint condition too
