boy I feel that pain...I went through about a 5 race stretch where I lost by .00 something...either taking too much stripe or not enough....luckily I made a come back at the end of the series and still made the Summit team....I think with my tire issues fixed it will be better next year....

that's funny.... it's really fun guys, just have to experience it, it's a feeling you just can't describe. The amazing thing is the consistency it still has, it's just not for show. That was one of 4 passes in a row where the 60' only varied .003 ....

last weekend the car was working really good...tripped the 60' 7 out of 8 times on the back tires.....1.44/45... My oldest son and his family was there and he took these sequence shots...thought they were pretty cool... this is what it looked like to me... enjoy....

hey good luck on the Drag Week thing..have fun..I'm hoping to make Team Woodburn so I can go to Spokane for Division Finals...This Saturday will determine....

well it's been a while since I mucked up the site with a Chevelle post so I thought why not... I know there's a few guys here who also visit the Team Chevelle site so they might have seen my "killing tires" thread over there. It's a travel log about trying to get the car to hook again after all the cool track temps were gone. It's been quite a journey but I think I have finally come up with a wheel and tire combo that works for my car. Some of you who like to visit the track might find some things that may be interesting to you, I just wanted to share my experiences with the whole thing.
