  1. I don't recall the difference in carriers. A friend of mine went through it once, but I couldn't truthfully answer your question.

I am real happy with my 373's and want to put an overdrive tranny in mine as soon as the money appears. HA!HA!

  2. WOW is right.

After I replied here about my vacation coming to an end and catching up on the news, I was informed I had better check this out.

I went here imediately and was, to say the least, speechless.

I,with all others, want to thank Kevin for everything he has done and accomplished. I know life can be very challanging and you have to have your priorities. Family and job are two of the top.

I joined the club like many others, by searching my computer for info on 1st gen. Montes for info and was amazed at the club I found. I had to join it imediately. I had just bought my car and wanted to connect with other Monte owners.

Thanks again, Kevin. With the extra spare? time, maybe you'll be able to post on here more and enjoy the club as we do.

  3. Bob,

I already checked with State Farm. They said a vehicle has to be at least 20 years old to get actual value insurance.

    Leo,

That's the question I'll have for the insurance company and they better put it in writing. I have a guy here that will appraise it for the price I need.

    Thanks for the info,

  4. Larry,

The advertisement on the speed channel is where I first heard about them. Advertising always looks good. Just wondering if anybody has or knows of someone who's had any experience with them.

I may have to try my truck with them first seeing as how no other company wants to insure it for what it's worth.

    Thanks for the input.

  5. I know insurance has come up before, but ran across a company I hadn't heard of before.

Has anybody heard of or had any experience with Grundy classic insurance.

I need to insure my 1987 pickup I bought and all other insurance companies say it's to new for actual value.

Any info on this company would be appreciated.

  6. I was very surprised on the response, but all were very helpful. There were songs I had forgotten about and others that I hadn't heard of. All in all, I was very happy with all the response.
