Also, what leads you to believe cyl #1 is misfiring? Does that scanner have a misfire counter you can monitor?
I got a cyl 1 specific misfire code on the scsnner several times last week.
Also tested for intake leak with some carb cleaner spray around the intake. No result or reaction.

Are the O2 sensors cycling (upstream)? They should be cycling between approx. .0 to.9 volts. The downstream should stay more steady around .45 v or above. Also, what are the LTFT numbers. (long term fuel trim).
Upstream bank 1 is all over the place. .0 to 1.275. Will have to check LTFT.

it looks like bank 2 o2 sensor might be bad. the scanner shows a difference also, i beleieve the should be close in numeration. didnyou replace numver 1 o2.
I replaced the upstream sensor - driver side - sensor 1. Still hitting errors of high voltage and no activity on sensor 1 . Could this be caused by bad sensor 2 (downstream)???

Has remote start. Barely use it. It runs for like ten min then shuts off automatically if you use remote start and do not insert key.

I have a 2011 2500HD 6.0 with 72,000 miles that has been giving me some trouble. It was throwing a P0132 (high voltage) and P0134 (no activity) code for o2 bank 1 sensor 1. Also has a random misfire and cyl 1 misfire. Swapped coils and miss stayed on cyl 1. I replaced the plugs and wires and driver side o2 sensor 1. Prob did not go away. Now it is throwing P0137 on bank 1 sensor 2 (low voltage).
Truck runs rough at start up idle then smoothes out once warm. Truck runs rough again if I clear the codes. I did recently clean the injectors abt 2 months ago.Help?!?!

Great meet and super people. Rob, thanks for all the hard work you put into it. We had a blast!

Maybe we can get enough members again and hook up with them. They were going to do NMCOA but have changed their minds. They seem to have liked Carlisle enough to do it again next year.
Rob, Crusher from NYMCC won modified with a 502 supercharged 4th gen Monte. Just fyi.
That sound like a great idea!!!

That is a great e-mail. I agree with everything he stated. This is a great solid community we have.
Maybe someday I will have the 70 with me instead of the 87 at one of our meet ups. LOL At least I bring a Monte!

What a great time this weekend. The pilot I hired to drive the 1970 out to the show (my friend) lost power Thurs night (bad storms) - never got up Friday (no power, no alarm clock) - so I was only able to bring the 1987 SS.
Nice to see some familiar faces and make some new friends.
Finally got to meet tony in person.
Had fun with Rob Peters in the hotel parking lot - see Man Of Mystery post in non tech section.
I think I got pictures of most of the Montes in attendance.

Can't we pool our numbers with the guys from montecarloss.com?
There are 15-20 in my group alone.

Your First and Last Name: JOE SULLIVAN
The Year and color of your Monte: 1987 White SS
The Day You Will Arrive: FRIDAY
Number of people in your party: 2
I am trying to get my passenger to drive the White 1970 70 to the show.
I will let you know if # of cars change.
I made plans to hang with the 4th gen guys last summer. I have been driving the 70 alot this year so I may also try to change my registration to the "older" white Monte.

Very sorry to hear the sad news. We will keep his family in our prayers.
