I had my welder 3 years and still works.

I like the stud welder Theres a harbor freight near hear so I will look for that. dose any one know any thing about welders I have not used one ansd wuld like to learn how to us one I know harbor freight has them Whats the cheapest they sell for and what kind to buy.

I started on my floors today.I still have alittle cutting to do and then start welding it in,

the 200 4r would be alot better to use IMO.I did a 200 4r rebuild in my 85 monte ss and used a 3,600 stall converter with a Constant Pressure Valve Body http://www.performancetransparts.com/2004rconstantpressurevalvebodystreetstrip.aspx
With this the cable will be for shift points,The 200-4R is very close to the legnth of a TH-350,No need to cut the drive shaft,

Yeah them pictures of the floors are not my pictures,But i will be getting out there today to look in to it more and take pictures,Saw your post on face book Jim and thought damn that name looks farmiler. duhThose floors dont look to bad other than thay one spot, once you get that fixed and that rust cleaned up your good to go.
