Hello everybody and Merry Christmas, I would like to know if anyone has ever removed kick panels in a non A.C. car. I want to paint them. I just don't know if would be easier to mask and spray in place. Ideally, removing them would have a better result. I just know how much of a pain in the butt that is going to be. Thanks, Sparky

Hi everybody, I have a question. Has anyone ever installed 2" drop spindles? I know it's better than lowering springs. The front end geometry does not change, which is a good thing. I installed new springs trw6330 which i have issue with (same application small block big block?) I would appreciate your imput. Photos would be even better. Thanks phil

Hi everybody, I'm building a 383. It's a Gen.1 engine. It's in my car now. I am going to use A.F.R. heads, 195's. I am having a lot of difficulty finding a manufacturer that makes a 1 3/4" header for a Gen 1 small block chevy motor that will fit in 70 to 72 Monte Carlos. I guess they aren't as popular as Chevelles & Camaros. I need some help here. Thanks, Phil

Hello everyone, How difficult is it to change all the body bushings? Can I do them one at a time, or do I need to lift car off of frame to replace?

I recently replaced all springs & shocks. My '70 sits high in the front. I used what the speed shop said #6330 for the front.#5379 for the rear. These are Moog part numbers. Here is my question. Has anyone ever cut a spring down to lower front end? and if so, how did you do it? I know they make a "lowering spring" but it only drops 1 inch.

I have recently aqquired a set of 21/2 inch "Ramshorn" exhaust manifolds. I am thinking about rebuilding my motor. I want to keep it looking and sounding stock. I was told they might not fit, or if they did the head pipes would have a very tight 90% bend in them. Does anyone know for sure if these will fit? Has anyone actually installed them in a '70 with 350 small block?

Hello, Thanks for your response about kick panel removal. I would still like to know if I need to pull the lower dash and do I need to remove parking brake. In otherwords how long is it going to take me to do this job. Thanks, Sparky Or should I just paint them in place.
