Andy Gargagliano Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 What would be the best all arount front and rear shocks to use on my 72 Monte.Car will be mostly street driven and hopfully get to the drag strip a few times a year.Looking for shocks that will work for both street and strip with out spending a ton of money.Currently my rears are KYB gas adjust and the fronts are new but donot know what they are.Thanks for any help. dbreese Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 Years ago I was running gas shocks front/rear (Bumper to Bumper brand replacments) 3.36 gears and a pump gas 385. Car handled great on the street and with some sticky tires ran 12.9's. If your car is going to see limited strip time I would run what ya have.
