The seats are out of a 71-72 so the original foam won't give me any help. I'm hoping Scott can give me an idea about just ignoring them or possibly a measurement to cut the foam. I finnaly had the opportunity to drive the Monte with the new covers /seatbuns on and just wanted to say that they are very comfortable,not too soft and spongy but sturdy and you sit "in them" "not on them" if that makes sense My butt/torso fits just right in them like they were custom made for me.I'm glad I spent the little extra for them. Just a little feedback in case someone is considering them. My Turquoise Monte has the Buckets with nylon inserts and I'll likely keep it that way when I have new covers made this fall.,I like the way they feel and look plus they were optional.
