  1. Hey guys, I'm refreshing my armrests and they are all nice and new looking, but the plastic chrome piece on the back is looking pretty bad. What is holding them in place, I want to replace them, have the new ones, but do I have to take off the whole door panel to replace them?
  2. Just read this, prayers out to Ronnie and family.
  3. Took Monte for a short ride in high 70's and sunny weather. Sorry, just had to rub in some salt, especially for you guys with salt on your roads.
  4. Great work Leo!

  11. Looks like we have the same radio. Hope you enjoy it. I have Memphis Audio speakers in the dash with resistors to eliminate the lows. My two 6 x 9's in the rear deck handle the rest. Sounds pretty good. I made some minor changes to the original speaker brackets and all fit perfectly.
  12. Wheels look great, same choice here.
  13. Certainly Larry
  14. Larry I purchased a couple of original brackets from Leo.
  15. Hi Larry, the previous owner of my Monte installed speakers that were to big and the magnets rubbed through my circuit board shorted it out and I had to replace it. I used these speakers in their place in front picture attached. I used stock speaker brackets that were modified to fasten the two Memphis Audio speakers in place. Sorry I don't have any pictures, but I'm happy with the sound quality, good highs off of the front glass. I think the stock replacement speakers are available from OPGI (Ken Harrison and an off brand 3 1/2" speakers. hope that helps
  16. Your dash looks great Rock
  17. You are most welcome Rodney!
  18. Great Pic Larry
  19. Thanks for the post!
  20. Hey Rodney, I have a 1971, 350 SB with A/C. I took some pics all around but it was hard to get the camera in those tight spaces. Hope this helps.
  21. It was pricey but it looks right and does what I want it to do, so it was worth it to me. Bruce you would have to call the number above. Mine had an aftermarket stereo. The old install was horrible. They cut the openings for the shafts for volume and tuner, plus they did not secure the front speaker on the driver's side so the magnet on the speaker pulled itself into the back of the instrument panel and over time shorted the circuit board. I purchased a new circuit board from Leo as well as new speaker brackets. The owner spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, he's a great guy to work with. Maybe he would be open to a club discount?
  22. Yes it can accommodate a CD changer according to the info sent with the unit.
