  4. That's a common available Felpro gasket don't know the part# but Advance has them or will get you one, Come in some rebuild kits also.Bob
  5. Right stuff has new ones with bleeders, some rebuilt one have them, as I have a original 71 one with bleeders all new insides.
  6. I have a delco orginal rebuit unit complete Had it done from a company in Calf a few yrs ago never used. its replated but like oem unit not perfect finish, not fake like the repop ones. The delco stamp is actual upside down, rebuilder states that make it somewhat rare? don't know about that. if interested send me a message.

No but in the process of tightening the ac lines The red wire on the horn relay got touched for just a second & later the amp was fine But a couple miles later it was noticed, Which could very well had registered such a large neg draw it caused it. Not sure, but don't want that to happen again. I thought I had already turn the quick battery shut off but A Senior Moment. as I didn't. OH Well.
  13. Yes for sure, Run some marvels mystery oil though it & change the oil may take a few time also good in the fuel tank.
  14. Update, Well its didn't work under the hood, However it did work directly at the gauge Hooray & Many Thanks to all its a neat trick that saves a lot of time/lobor Many Thanks Bob

  17. so you hook up a aaa battery to the back of gauge & just do a quick hit with the voltage to move the needle?

  19. Anyone know what would cause a factory amp needle to turn/point down?? was working fine then next I notice its pointing towards the floor does move a little when load changes.

    Mine has one on each front fender inside. Found them when I removed the inner fender ext. no longer complete & I haven't touched them as they are falling apart. have one from gas tank & under pass side carpet with a couple extra screws & empty chewing tobacco pouch #7. Good luck
