When I had to have my 700r4 rebuilt Frank just put it together and we took it out for a test drive and he stopped 3 or 4 times to adjust the cable so the shifting felt right. He has only been rebuilding trannys for 35 years so he does have some experience and it works flawlessly

Ihave never dyed a top but a few friends have and they have all faded after a couple of years

I went with Morris Concepts three point belts. not original but safer and like the new cars they have the shoulder harness built in. A little pricey but well worth fit for piece of mind

Been there done that -
I have a good friend who will not use a Durango, Tahoe or Explorer to tow anything. He towed his boat with his Tahoe and liked to have lost it. The shorter wheelbase is not that conducive to towing anything heavy.

Ole Red went to lunch today. He ran perfectly is raring to get to Somerset -
But before the new heads we fought it first well over a year. The old heads had four broken inner valve springs which destroyed the valve seals which in turn kept fouling the 02 sensor causing it to never run right. I thought I was one of those guys 😆

Here’s is Ole Red with Ridler 675 17x8 wheels. I wanted something different than rally wheels because I got tired of seeing the same old thing all the time. Now I see these wheels all the time because I got tired of moving the rally wheels around so I sold them.
