Ok my motor came out of a 73 caprice wagon and I know they didn't come with a 700r4 back then and my 700r4 is a 91 model so what stock car convertor should I get?
-
Well that is supposed to be my cam specs if you can read it

Intake Exhaust
Duration at .050 218 224
Lobe lift .2970 .3030
Lobe separation 112.0

All of this is going in a 72 monte carlo that will be used as a daily driver and will never see a drag strip. I wasn't sure if a stock convertor would be ok.

Ok i have a 1973 454 that is bored out 30 over with new flat top pistons stock heads and a comp cam, aluminum edelbrock intake and holley 750 carb. I have rebuilt 700r that is supposed to hold up to 450 hp and was wondering what a good torque converter and stall would be? Any suggestions?
