  1. Just when I think I am becoing smarter I realize that is untrue. How the heck do you get new covers installed. I have one side off, the nut / bolt are out of retractor mechanism, and I am currently scratching my head on how that dang thing is ever going to slide through that sot. Do I have to get the big clip off, and how do you do that, or a I making this harder than it actually is? Help!
  2. Thanks for the help guys. i will check this out! Dave
  3. Looking for some guideance as this is out of my expertise. I have a LS-3 / Tremec 5 speed / original rear converted car. It has a full Hotchkiss suspension. The problem is the rear of the driveshaaft, about 3-4" in from u-joint, bottoms out on floor board when hitting a bump a little hard. Not sure if I need heavier springs or ??? The rubber snubber is there, and rough distance between driveshaft and floorboard is about 3-4" and when "bouncing" the car it goes about 1/2 that distance. Anyone have a similar problem?
