[Are Wilwood GM D52 front calipers worth it?]

Thanks for the responses.  I decided to go with The Right Stuff rear disc conversion kit with matching front rotors and calipers.  Rotors are drilled/slotted and just regular single piston GM style calipers.  Now I am waiting for the boxes so I can install.

I am at the point in my project where I am looking at the brakes.  I am going with a rear disc conversion kit but don't want to spend the money on a Wilwood system.  Especially since I plan on staying with stock 15" rims, and I want the E-brake.  So I am looking at single brake caliper setup from The Right Stuff.  I am wondering if I should just rebuild my original front brake calipers or go with the Wilwood D52 dual piston calipers for the front.  Do they really make a difference?  I am on the fence because for the price of the Wilwood calipers I can then get drilled and slotted rotors.  Any thoughts you guys have on the calipers and even drilled & slotted vs solid rotors would be appreciated.

[Rear lower control arm bushing orientation]

Thanks everyone for your responses.  I totally spaces on one hole being bigger than the other resulting in it only being able to go in one way.  And, before I even saw your responses, I noticed marks left on my arms from the old bushings that showed which side they went in from.

I am boxing my rear lower control arms and removed the old bushings but didn’t take a pic. What orientation do the rubber bushings go back in. I seem to recall reading that the bushings on both arms face the drivers side. Meaning the bushing is installed so that they are pressed in towards the drivers side. Bushing flange sits on the passenger side. Can anyone confirm if I am correct?

[How many cans of spray paint for frame]

Wallaby, thanks for the info about the Eastwood spray paint.  And I was thinking 6-8 cans also which is making me reconsider and find a new brand.  Having a hard time justifying the cost per can from Eastwood when I would end up needed 16 at least.  

I plan on using a wire brush on my grinder to clean the frame.  Any thoughts on a primer/sealer for a frame cleaned well with a grinder and wire brush (not blasted and perfectly cleaned) and then a topcoat?  I am looking at Rustoleum, Krylon.  I am trying to make it look original as possible but this will end up being a near daily driver.

I am going to be stripping and painting my frame. I am thinking of using Eastwood rust encapsulator platinum. Then top coated with Eastwood extreme chassis black. I plan on 2 coats of the black but trying to figure out how many cans per coat. Thanks
