Doug I know the newer harness I've done I tied the grounds together so it only has only point and cleaner look. Base on the schematic you posted each side as one ground wire to the catch as the others are tied together probably within the connection at the tail light.

Here are the pictures of my radiator from Ausley's. The elec fan setup is from speedway motors and set under the lip of the top plate and sits in the tray the the radiator sits in.
The transmission line screwed into the trans cooler. -
I went with Summit Racing's stage 3 intake (think it's a professional product intake with their name on it). It sounds very thin but it looks good with the air-gap design and starting out as a single plane then turning into a dual plane 1/4" blew the carb flange.

MG I had no issue with my trans lines seating in the cooler, rather it leaks or not don't know as there is no fluid in the car. I can grab some pictures tonight with the top plate in place along with the dual elec fans. It could be they changed the designed after I got mine but who knows.

Will the plates for a Chevelle will work as its the same arms.

Bill did the transmission come out of your car or out of another car? I remember someone on here a few years back as running a 350 that had the option to lock up the convertor so that could be the case here.

I have the Ausley's radiator in my 72. the fit is perfect, the transmission cooler ports are in the right spot. I cant speak on how well it does as the motor hasn't been started and there is no coolant in the system. It's as big if not bigger then a 4 row radiator width wise. I will be cooling my setup with dual 11" spal fans that is mounted in an alum shroud which fits nicely against the radiator and is held in place with the top plate.

Years ago I changed out the head lights in my 70. I went with a halogens pair with a flat lens from Summit Racing. The headlights aren't used on the car but if they are it lights up the area pretty good. A few years back I brought a set for my 72 went to OPGI and got a set that takes a replacement H4 bulb and as a light that can be used either as a day time running light or as a turn signal.

Same as Rob's. My 70 has dual horns while my 72 had a single horn in the same place.

ECU will probably get mounted to the top of the glove box away from the MSD box

I have a set of D.U.I wires that run under the headers.

Start laying out the harness and try to figure out where it's going to be going plus the computer. So far it looks like the computer will be going inside the car.

Well earlier this week the Holley EFI system came in. Started today by pulling the old Powerinjection3 off the motor
I left the recently brought Bosh o2 sensor in as the Holley uses the same o2 sensor along with the water sensor. Dropped the new system onto the intake 
Looks like a carb when the air cleaner is in place 
It flows 930CFM's and handles up to 600hp, since it will be used on the 72 with the 427 tall deck we wont be seeing 600hp be lucky to have 350hp. -
I used some plumbing style caps for my dash. Took a nut and washer with me so that I had the right size cap. Drilled a hole in the center for the shaft to slide through and trim the cap down due to the offset on the shaft. The caps where then expory in place.

A few years back I replaced my tuned full length headers on my big block. I ended up going with a set from headman header wish I had the part number still. They fit really nice and cleared everything (auto on the floor with the column lock hooked up). They have thick head to header flange and had the ball and socket connection so there is not collector gasket. They hang as low as the oil pan so if anything drags it's going to be the plug for the oil pan. Most of the headers come with bolts to bolt them up to the block which I've seen to be a thread or two too many which causes the header not to seat correctly.
Now I took the same old header and cleaned it up really good and painted them with Eastwood header paint inside and out for my other Monte.
Doing homework on headers is wise and you will see everyone has their own brand they like. -
Got 2.5" flowmaster two big blocks and a Jegs 2.5" DYI kit on another. One is an H pipe while the others are true dual exhaust.

But Paul only the people here would know what it is. Base on that picture some might think its a 1100CFM carb, unless you look closely and notice the wire harness. Now I have to find time to make the change and run more wires.

I know on Holley's you can set their chokes in the open position so it never closes.

The metal washer that's made on to the bushing goes against the radiator support. The rubber end slides into the lower mount and then the bolt and nut.

I like the ideal that the fuel lines stayed on the passenger side of the motor vs one being on the drivers side and the other on the passenager side. The separate ECM can he updated to allow boosted options or even spary. I know with the Powerinjection 3 system if the ECM failed the whole system has to be sent back, with the ECM being separate that is the only item that should be sent back. The slealth comes with the 3.5" color display just like the Sniper system have the same style harness but can put the ECM either inside the car away from the heat or under the fender. With the air cleaner off it will give the look of a classic Holley carb with metering blocks and center hung fuel bowls.

Paul I pulled the trigger tonight on a new EFI. Ended up wit the Terminator Stealth in the classic finish so it will give the look of being a 750 Holley probably have it after the New Year. I paid $1,844 shipped compared to going to Summit who wanted $2,100 for the same system and it would have been coming from Holley.

They fall under the a-body platform as it shares most of the suspension with the Chevelle's.

Paul everything I've seen in regards to the FITech is the same thing I saw with my current system. Makes me wonder if the same people behind FITech is the same ones that started the PowerInjection system. When on the Professional Products website they list the system but that's about it and place like Summit still carry it. Still playing with the ideal of the Terminator system with the 3.5" screen due to the feed and return being on the same side of the motor vs the Sniper which has it on each side of the TBI. Just hope I don't drag my feet to long and miss the sale price.

Strange weather we be having on the east coast. Took some time today to lay out the pin stud for the window trim clips
and a test of the trim that was used to rebuild the channel
