    yes. Is there some sort of detent or something in the column that holds it in selected gear?

    Hi, I am looking for some info on what it would take to change my 70 MC powerglide tranny to a th350. Specifically does anything need to be changed in the column itself? I have the indicator for a 3 speed but am not sure what else i need. Thanks.
