No reason to be concerned, there are some 60s gm intakes that had a pathway that directed the heat under the float bowl area that were horrible. The newer intakes don't have that issue and leave them open for better street ability. In a rare chance its a problem you could add a insulator between carb and intake rather than re do the intake.

My Cars inc cover on driver side stiches came out one cover came with some sharpie mark I didn't see until after 30 days and they wouldn't make good on it. Went with Legendary

Rear self adjusters are pretty worthless. Just manual adjust once a year or two.

One at a time, after the first one it goes quick. need to leave the lid off master. Don't walk away stay & watch & attch a tube into a bottle. RR LR RF LF your done.

I let it gravity bleed to fill most of the system to r rear then forward. If you want the best firm petal.? Take a large plastic syringe & draw the fluid out. Did on the race cars worked awesome.

I see that that fan cage is longer in depth, will it fit in the box without bottoming out? Or hitting anything else. A bigger cage like that would be nice & push more air?

Thanks I'm told they don't make a replacement blower wheel for an ac car anymore & the replacement is smaller? So I was looking to research a larger one.Thanks

There's a Safeway to eliminate the amp gauge, which is always a fire hazard. Replace with a custom made volt quage on eBay 105. Shipped. I'm going to get one. Has both green & white.

argent silver is only for the actual grill centers either slots or squares. Not the chrome. If you cant polish your chrome to satisfaction replate it,nos or try chrome powered coated but that only looks like aluminum.

Try always to isolate any electrical problem first. Try & unplug the compressor clutch first, then the switch on blower etc. one at a time to see if you can isolate the short.

Take your time with a small pointed tapered file & clean up all the pits in the silver painted area. Then tape it off. polish the chrome & repaint the box grill area argent silver. any black area black semi or gloss & your done. Don't get to crazy with polish chrome area, It oem chrome over cast-pot metal. No triple plate back then.

OK, Not much on typing. If you put a faster rpm motor it will make things worst because it wont push the air (Velocity)through the evap or heater core & cause a back up called Tornado effect. Because the pitch of the wheel blades are set for a max rpm. Best thing you can do is make sure everything is Clean, seal all doors & registers with new foam & seal all joints of tubing/duct work with aluminum tape & insulate were you can.
