Mine still has partial build sheets inside the front fenders 2 nice ones gas tank, pass side under carpet. Yes the vins match the later 2 didn't disturbed the fender ones to far up the inside.

That's normal. When you shut it off there is still heat increase because coolant stops flowing.

Ebay has the blower mtr  resistor but the High speed only has a separate wire & it is next to the wire loom plastic raceway & fused, Evap & dryer are cheap new at advance $20 for dryer & 30 for valve.

Try running a jumper wire direct from dist to back of tach. Or remove from dash & test.

That's a common available Felpro gasket don't know the part# but Advance has them or will get you one, Come in some rebuild kits also.Bob

Right stuff has new ones with bleeders, some rebuilt one have them, as I have a  original 71 one with bleeders all new insides.

I have a delco orginal rebuit unit complete Had it done from a company in Calf a few yrs ago never used. its replated but like oem unit not perfect finish, not fake like the repop ones. The delco stamp is actual upside down, rebuilder states that make it somewhat rare? don't know about that. if interested send me a message.

No but in the process of tightening the ac lines The red wire on the horn relay got touched for just a second & later the amp was fine But a couple miles later it was noticed, Which could very well had registered such a large neg draw it caused it. Not sure, but don't want that to happen again. I thought I had already turn the quick battery shut off but A Senior Moment. as I didn't. OH Well.
