  1. Can this be completed? I would like to do it in the car!
  2. I think the trans is fine, less than 500 miles, but I will check the fluid anyway. I used to go through Yucipia on the way to Big Bear. Thanks for for the info. I like the thought of the choke idea.. George
  3. It is not using oil, and the smoke is white not cloudy but, burn your eyes strong. It has and electric choke I will look at this evening. Also the smoke is coming out of both pipes. George
  4. My 1970 406 with around 2000 miles on it smokes. The car starts and does not smoke until it is up to running temp 180. The car barely goes over 180 even in the Hot [you said a naughty!] Missouri summers. I put my hand in the exhaust pipe and there is black buidup. Also after it has not been started for a while a light condensation appears but goes away. Is it running to Rich? Are the rings toast already? Please help! George
  5. I cannot figure out what bolt to use on the inspection cover, the cover for the flywheel and torque converter! I am using the same cover as on my 400 Turbo. Are the threads metric? If so, Do anybody know what size? Thanks George
  6. That is a St. Louis Monte, I have seen it at the big easter car show we have here. I never got to talk to the guy,It is the only car that thing would fit in length wise. I would love to see a burnout!!
  7. Rich if you send me your email address, I will send you the twin of your car from St. Louis MO
