  1. the dash does need to be cut to allow room for the under dash unit. u simply cut it and then attatch a new panel to close the back off.

the control panel does go in the factory location ,but does no look like the oe panel.it is all plug and play electrical from controller to blend door/blower speed/outlet control.

the exterior hoses for the ac will come incomplete, meaning you will have to cut to length and have them crimped .make sure you test fit the lines and mark them with positioning marks/clock marks.napa stores usually can do the crimping.

by positioning the compressor on pass side,i was able to eliminate the long hose going accross the motor and the hose smaller hose that ran from compressor to condenser.if you are using an aftermarket pulley kit like mine ,be sure to specify the type of compressor you will need to make it work .

also i ran into issues with the pressure switch wiring for the fans.i hade to purchase a different switch than the one suppied.and a seperate wiring/relay kit to control my fans with the ac.probably more that will come back to me later

  4. Are you going to change ratio?

if so you need to decide on the ratio before you begin.

the carrier needsto be changed regardless, but they are different based on ratio.

monza something (member) does rear ends.

I did mine myself, but I repair cars for a living.

its pretty straight forward, but tedious. Special tools are also needed.press, dial indicater seal driver.install kit and shims.imsure there is more, but you get the idea.

    these are my seats ...

front and back out of 2004 monte carlo

some work and modifications were done to the rear seat back and bottom.

if you are just doing the front, its easy.

i just used 1/8 inch mild steel to adapt the 6 way power tracks to the stock hole locations.

i think they look good and i know they are comfy.

i had a factory bucket seat car and they are not comfy on long rides.
