Well, I dropped the 5 wheels off yesterday to be powder coated. Scott, I went with something very close to yours it was called Bengal silver. It is close to the argent and has a little flake in it. There is a two week turn around now just and wait.
Mark, they shoot all the rim inside and out. It cost 65. per wheel and that included blasting, degreasing and coating ( for a 15x7)
thanks for the input!

I want to repaint the rally's on the Monte. Would I be better of with a powder coat than paint. Would they're be any issue with the trim rings and caps? Also what color would the paint be for a stock look. Thanks
Don

Again like others have said key in the lock and then just mess with it. When I did the dash I took it off but just kept mess'n with it till I got it.Like you said it got frusterating.
When it spins does something need to line up to pull lock out? Can't remember.

On the drivers side were the monte carlo emblem the chrome trim is poping off. When i pop it back it stays for a second and then comes off. How could I fix this? Would a dab ob caulk or somthing due the job or should I remove it and replace?

Friday, I went to the English town Swap Meet(NJ) and grabbed the rear swaybar kit from Ground Up Restoration. They had it for 299. There was one left that was sitting on the ground with a couple scratches on the boxed c arms gave them to me for 275. cash. yesterday grabbed some new shocks(Monroe) and some Moog rear coils. I got done a little while ago. I love the look of the rear with that kit!
Also the coils I replaced were at least 20 years old maybe more. Will I get a little lift out of the new ones? Now I just need the rims back from powder coating.
I wanted to post pics but don't know were to upload them for this post.
