I would put a relay in the circuit, and grab the signal hot from any hot wire you want to with the key on.

Took a nice ride with my son to the gun range, then out on some back roads. Did not ever get on the highway.

Nice work you are doing there. I wish I had a garage that big What are you doing with the Trans Am?

Remember there are 2 different versions of them. I am not sure, but I think the cheaper one is the one that I was told was the better one for the street. The second link is the cheaper one...

Willie check these guys out http://www.wiringharness.com/ I have not used them, but I think a few people here have. I think they can add or delete wires if you are running something like Fuel Injection or a 1 wire alternator.

Wow that is too cool Davey!

You have to use the share button then the html/bbcode option on Flicker to get it to show up here, they do some weird stuff with how the pictures are stored on their site..

You are right I would order a new harness and fuse block, or what I am going to do when I get a place with a garage is take everything out and wire it my own way..

Wow that is looking great! I need to clean under the hood on mine now

I get most of my rebuilt stuff from NAPA and have had great luck so far. Autozone and Discount Auto stuff may come with a lifetime warranty but I get tired of changing them out all the time!!
-
Do they do anything for in car drone?
-
I would thing 12-14 gauge wire would be fine, and I was thinking that the factory had put the wire in the car from the dash to the trunk on all cars... Guess not??
For the wire from the fuse box I would think it would be hot all the time and fused..

I thought the wire was already there.. Orange maybe...

I have to get the windshield in the 05 replace now Got a nice crack in it. I went out of town for a week and it had a little crack in it that grew while I was away.

DJ if the guy that was building hot rods in the shop in front of the BMR shop is still there he has a guy that is real good. He did mine and it is working great.

190 is a good temp for a smallblock. My 402 bigblock runs around 195-200 all the time. If you go too much cooler you will lose efficiency.

I have only seen the original type. You might want to check these out, you do not have to crush them. I used one like it in my 12 bolt when I had them put it together for me. That way I can take it apart if I need to change the seal or yoke.

I would also suggest talking to a local machine shop and see what they can offer. They are going to need the parts before they do any machine work to the block and heads. My local guy back in FL could just about match the prices I was going to get from Summit and if I had any issues he would take care of me.

There are also a few here that have done the swap (I want to do it someday)

Nice score! I want to put the aftermarket ones in mine with the speakers in them. I think they will sound better than the lame dash speakers I have now

Rob was it running lean during the break-in? When I first fired the Monte up with the FI and the new cam it was way too lean and had the headers glowing!!! Do you have a fuel ratio gauge hooked up?
