I've learned to never travel without a spare. Who makes a reliable ignition module?

Probably because every time I talked to you before the shows, I said "Hey, if it rains, I'll just keep my car in the trailer, no big deal". After hearing that multiple times, it's planted in your head now. 🤣
It was planted in my head as well! I sold my open trailer last week and have been researching and looking at enclosed trailers.

Hey Seth, nice to meet you in Syracuse. I think I heard you are going to Adirondack Nationals show in September? If so, I'll see you there.

Good news Steve !! It’s going to 3 shirt per day event. We will be there participating and showing Syracuse how the FGMCC does it. Only 4 more wakeups and we will be there. Waiting a long time for this event. Bring it on !!!
Looking forward to it!

Also, the factory radios in the first gen Montes were pretty basic units that simply bolted in the dash, without any external amplifiers to my knowledge. The aftermarket has copies of the factory assembly manuals available, with diagrams that were used on the assembly lines to build the cars. Maybe search and see if one is available for 1970 Olds.
Just for kicks I googled 70 442 radio install. In 70, they had a two piece radio: the head unit that mounts in the dash and a "multiplexer" that mounted above the glovebox. Seems a couple of Olds models had the two piece radio.
