rpoz20 Posted September 18, 2016 Share Posted September 18, 2016 Good morning gentlemen! Hey, I'm gathering the materials for my winter project: Putting a new headliner in my 71. Does anyone know for certain whether Chevelle and Monte headliner bows are interchangeable? Conversely, has anyone used ones from OPGI/Year One, etc? Do they fit/function well? I generally try and use original stuff when I can, but if they fit well, I will try new. Anyways, any opinions on this would be welcome. Thanks! RealRed70 Posted September 18, 2016 Share Posted September 18, 2016 I have never set the Chevelle bows next to the Monte bows, so I am not sure. I have a set of original Monte bows. Private Message me if you would be interested. When I took them out I marked what positions they were in when in the car. This would make installation easy.
