  1. Ditch Norton and install Microsoft Security Essentials then you can run Firefox
  2. Get these gaskets (double check your application) http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FEL-1444/ and tighten good when you put them on then drive it a couple times and retighten and you should be good to go I use the FelPro ones on all headers. They have a steel core with a fiber gasket material around them.
  3. Looks like a nice combo, your engine is all stock, right?
  4. I like my Poly ones and BMR arms
  5. I just went to Autozone and got one of the universal braided kits that are cut to fit and it worked fine. I have Edelbrock fuel injection on my big block...
  6. Love the look of the show panel, got to get me one of them someday.
  7. Pretty cool Davey! Never would have thought to use the 2 step that way without a brake. How come you don't run a brake?
  8. Very Cool! I want to take mine to the track one of these days.
  9. Finally pulled it out of the trailer and DROVE it!!! I put it in the trailer back in June when we moved and there it sat. Plan to drive it some more today, and maybe drive it to work tomorrow
  10. Too Cool Cort! I still need to take mine for a spin in AR, it is home but still in the trailer...
  11. Before I changed all the rear suspension mine felt like that sometimes...
  12. If you are not going to reuse the old springs, cut away. I use a torch and make 2 cuts in them. A sawzall might work too, but they pop when you cut them Be careful how ever you do them.
  13. Nope I still need to do the steering box and control arms on the front one of these days LOL
  14. That is the machine the "old guy" used to do mine on the car
  15. I had the same issue with mine, and eventually went and had them balanced on the car... I then marked the hub and the wheel when I took them off and on for other work...

How lean is it? I had a issue when starting out with the FI and it was way too lean at idle.. Mine never gets over 200 with a stock 4 core radiator and stock clutch fan...
  17. Good luck Davey, I wish I could run a car as nice and fast as yours!
  18. I love my BMR parts I have their rear stuff on the Monte, and am going to put the front parts on once I get back on my feet. I have also used their stuff on a 86 Camaro and they worked great on it too.
  19. It is not too bad, but I am going to put a 700R4 in it one of these days. I do not drive it much so gas is not a big deal It really woke it up though.
  20. That is about what I spent when I did mine. I went with a Eaton Posi, Motive 3.42 gears, and a strange crush collar eliminator..
  21. Wow see what happens when I take a week off from message boards Great pictures! Wish we could have made a meet this year I hope next year will be better.
