[2024 Eastern Meet Attendees And Other Stats As Of Sep 27, 2023]

Well, we now know who is Member Number 75 but not just number 75..... We now have 76 members registered with me to attend.  I have just added Tom Carter #75 and his sister Eileen Powers as #76, each bringing their own Monte.  

Saturday 8:55PM  March 23rd  I just added Member Number 77, Mike Mnich from Pennsylvania, his Monte sounds very interesting, looking forward to seeing it in Carlisle

 Ryan Palmer has now registered with me and registered with the hotel. 

 ^{April 7, update...Member Kevin Low notified me he is coming to the Eastern Meet.   He will be doing a room share with a member who already has a room.}

^{Since Kevin is sharing a room, we stlll have 1 room left in the club block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suites.  This brings the total number of members registered with me to a whopping 79 members.} 

NEW UPDATE, UPDATE, UPDATE - April 19,  update... Member John Herbert from Clearwater, FL has now registered with me.  John will be flying into Carlisle.  If I am not mistaken, John may have reserved the last room in our block at the host hotel.  Don't worry if you would like to come but need a room.  The Host Hotel is currently SOLD OUT but, I do have a backup hotel under contract for 15 rooms.   Also I am working with the host hotel general Manager and they have told me if they get any cancellations outside of our block of rooms and we have someone who needs a room they will offer that cancelled room me for our group.

With the registration of John Herbert, we now have 80 members registered with me to attend the meet.

Can this be possible?  We are now in the 50's with our countdown hitting 59 days and a wake-up until our first members will arrive in Carlisle for our Eastern Meet. 

Club Pre-Registration is still open.  I think Carlisle Pre-registration will be shutting down in 2-3 weeks.

We are now less than 2 months away.  It seems like only yesterday that we were in the 90's.  Today marks SIX-ZERO (60) days and a wake-up before our members start arriving in Carlisle.

Glen, Thanks for posting that.  I checked the names i saw to a very old membership listing  I have and did not find any of those names.  My old listing may not be complete but again, that publication was from at least 15 years before the club was founded.

We are now at 61 days and a wake-up until our first members will start arriving in Carlisle  for the Eastern Meet.  I know, 61 days sounds like a lifetime  but that also means it is only two months and a wake-up away.

Good Morning Brant, welcome aboard the First Generation Monte Carlo Club boards.  We hope you like what you see here and decide to become a full fledged dues paying member of the club.  Like others have said, you aren't too far away from the location of our Eastern Meet coming up in June in Carlisle, PA.  As of right now we have 79 members registered with me to attend and would love to see you as number 80 in attendance.  So become a dues paying member and join us in Carlisle for the largest gathering of FGMCC Members ever, we still have one room left in our block of rooms.

Replaced the plugs again today and I also replaced the plug wires.

I then took her for a test drive.  Sure felt great to get a ride in.

I originally planned to retire at the age of 65 but ended up retiring at 63.  For most 65 is a retirement age but it just so happens that today puts us at 65 days and a wake-up until members start arriving in Carlisle for the Eastern Meet.

The he11 with the mowing our lawn, I am starting to build an Ark.  It will need to be large enough to fit my Model A and Monte in along with our kids and grandkids.  

I have been able to cut our grass once.  Now the hedges need trimmed too.  This yard work stuff is going to be cutting into my car cruise activities soon.  Plus I need to bring the Monte here to the house so I can get the oil and filter changed and the new plugs, plug wires, points and condenser installed and check everything out in prep of the car cruise season and of course the Eastern Meet.
