  1. I know for one my car is in the Modified class, and is totally outclassed by some others In The class. I am not there for awards and recognition, but I do think some cars fit better into the street class than modified, even though the number of upgrades is above the street class.
I’m fine no matter what, just an observation

I use autolite 26 In mine but they aren't vortex heads, just stock heads.

Steve, only difference I’m seeing is the 605 are 17mm reach and the 26 are 11mm.

  3. Anyone have a source to tell me correct spark plugs for Vortec heads casting # 12558062. Only thing I found was they are from a 1998 truck.  350 L31

Builder recommended Autolite and I got #26 but I’m second guessing myself that I needed 605.  I can’t find any definitive answers

    thanks a lot

We ended up getting 4 hoodies for 30 bucks off the discount rack!! I couldnt find any tshirts, but we stocked up on 2020 hoodies 🤪

Tony,Tony,Tony!!! Glad to see you back in the forums. Been a long time, hope all is well with you and family. Are you back painting? May need some upgrades on mine.post-259-0-06116300-1484180397_thumb.jpg.    Did you ever go with coil- overs on your Monte?

Yes I’m painting again.  I did do the coil over thing also. I haven’t driven it a whole lot to dial them in but I will say it made a heck of a difference on the handling and stance!

Hope to see you at Carlisle Jim!!

Hey Tony!!!  How are you and they family doing?   Great to see you here!

I was having the same problem as you and Mark for awhile, but it did straighten out after some time and patience. I am not very good on the computer and i refer myself as computer illiterate. But thanks to my kids they get me back all the time. LOL

Everyone is good here Willie!  Hope all is well with you also.
looking forward to warmer weather and Carlisle to reconnect with everyone

  7. Lifted the hood last weekend as the temperature rose to over 75 here.  Got everything in my garage soaked, and my engine was drenched and dripping water off it from condensation. I put a fan blowing under the hood to dry it out, my new master cylinder is trashed, as I didn’t paint it before installing. I don’t know why I didn’t, now I have something to do I guess. Was going to hit a cars and coffee in the morning, but it’s snowing bad here right now, calling for about 6” 😡73C67103-68FA-4B1B-8D35-D99D8D0B9709.thumb.jpeg.4cc4cb56c82008f9bdba679b5f6a2ac8.jpeg3E20D6AA-A36D-49D8-A4AF-74A61B39116F.thumb.jpeg.ec08dad0f9d98afd14d618c3708c2348.jpeg
