Here are some pics to help with the rocker paint. It just follows the factory seam at the front and rear edge that's inside the door opening. The tape edge goes through the center of the trim holes on the quarter panel and the fender.

Thanks Dan that helps a lot. does the black continue behind the rear wheel also.

i just had the original rear speakers reconed. it cost $45 per speaker and that is with replacing the sound coil also. The sun screen material was put on after the picture.

It is not going as quick as i would like. Body work is almost done. i need to get the measurments for the black on the rockers, and install the trim. Then on to mechanical. Registered the car today and drove about 30 miles. It was a nice ride.

Nice Rob. i have a brass float i believe but the gauge glass is cork and it leaks. the ethanol fuel will seize an electric fuel pump in a year or so.

I guess it depends because i had ethanol blend in my model A and it would start but also rusted my tank and in my 91 camaro my fuel pump rusted with the newer fuel. that car i had to drop the rear end to remove the tank. to my lawn equipment and smalk gas engines i add trans fluid. to my boat i add fuel stabilizer. to my monte i add ethanol free fuel. .

did you go with a sanden compressor or the a6 compressor. when you say all new does that mean you replace evap and cond units. if so then your good if not i would flush the system because ester and pag oil doesnt mix well. will you be going 134 or r12.

what do you want from a carb. The 600 will work but if you plan to use it how you built then that carb wont work. i would guess a 780 or 800 would be minimum and you can probably go much higher.

it looks like bank 2 o2 sensor might be bad. the scanner shows a difference also, i beleieve the should be close in numeration. didnyou replace numver 1 o2.

Make you have your reference voltage to your o2 sensor. if you have a scanner make sure your get a reading from the o2 sensor. it might be a bad 02 or wiring

Pat I am in Miami Fl, dont know if you mean that Miami. I do see the difference and now i have to look and see how they seal. Precision looks like they have an edge.
What i saw with your felt was your chrome is thin and has the rubber that over laps onto the body. My chrome is wide and has no rubber over the body. I like yours better.

Par can you post a pic showing the difference. i got all my seals from soffseal. i didnt see a problem with them but i had no seal to compare to.
the window seal i have not installed but they do look different and dont seem to fit right, although i could make them work. did you use the existing holes installing the door outer felt?

hope eveyone had a great thanksgiving. Tom hope you were able to enjoy some. i attended the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona Beach then drove to miami for dinner with my family then drove back to orlando. So we can go to the car show again. What matters is the friends and Family i shared it with. Rob funny while driving i was listenimg to Alices Restaurant and singing along, while my kids thought I was crazy.

your looking for a master decal kit. ss396, year one, napd, and a few others i believe carry it. as fas as the hand written markings i will say i am under the impression that they are unique in some extent, different by plant and assembler. you would have to look at other vehicles and see. dont know if this is what your looking for

today i received my original speakes back from " speaker works Tulsa". They were very good to work with. they recones my speakers and replaced the coice coils also. They kept me informed and up to date.
