First, please re-post the last 2 pics. I screwed up.
Next, I understand you saw them work, but to get the correct diagrams, we need to get the correct info. There are at least 7 different possible RPO codes associated with the power seats in a CTS, and different modules involved also. Example, codes: A45, W2E,AH8,AL2,AQ9, KA1,KB6, all play a part in getting the right diagram. Did you see them work in the donor car itself?
Such things as memory, heated, cooled (just fans), lumbar, all make a difference.
Well I was able to get to the recycle lot today and they crushed the car last week. I learned a few things today that are different from what I was initially told for example it was not a CTS instead ATS. It wasn’t a 2014 it was a 2016, the vin number was 1G6AC1RXOGO155909 if that helps
thanks

I’m starting with the bucket seats, I found a leather pair from a 2014 Cadillac CTS just need to figure out how to wire them. In the Caddy the front seat rails go into a socket type of arrangement, I plan on using a square ’u-bolt’ and the stock post and bolt set up in the rear. The front/back placement will take a little trial and success and it will depend on the console placement as well.

Do you have a service manual? It shows how to adjust the e-brake. I know someone on here will assist you on the proper method to adjust the e-brake . I'm just wondering if the cable is dry?
Thanks for the reply, the cable moves, I he not tried to lube the single cable but will when I get my car out of paint lock-up, lol. I have the two rear cables and when it gets a little warmer, snowing here right now, and feel up to laying on my back to replace them, I’ll get’er done.

My parking brake pedal doesn’t return to the stop when released. What brings it home? Is it the rear brake cable springs or is my brake brake assembly missing a return spring….?
thanks for your advice in advance

I know the anticipation is a killer, been there done that!! lol
They have held me off so long the color has changed 4 times green to black, to that Cadillac pearl white(couldn’t find a paint code) to black cherry, who knows lol

Looking good. Are they going to remove the sailpanel emblems or paint around them? 🤔 They just pop off... Carefully. Barrel clips hold them in.
The plan is to remove them, hopefully all the plans are kept

Great that’s what I hoped

Yes, I remover the 2-wire connector (abandoned it) and put the alternators heavy (12 g) to the new alternators post on the rear, the new alternator had the port covered where the 2 wire connects

If that somebody was me,🤫 what would I need to do to bypass the voltage regulator or is that unnecessary.
I did go to a one wire alternator understanding that the gen light would glow, solved that by removing the bulb😎

If the alternator is internally regulated what purpose does the voltage regulator perform(dah regulate) I guess my question is why two different voltage regulators

Hello Jared,
My car is in the paint shop and they destroyed the drip rail moldings. From your pictures it looks like you had some at one time, would that still be true? I could use both sides if you have them.
thanks, john

Progress got to love it!
Had the suspension upgraded to UMI upper and lower front and rear control arms front qa1 coil overs, inner and outer tie rod ends, front and rear sway bars, got the gas gauge to work,
new alternator (seems 100A wasn’t enough to handle fuel injection gas pump 2 radiator fans bigger battery)
even got the power steering pump to stop squealing
finally got it running and driving right and lost it to paint it up prison hopefully just the next 6 weeks
not sure what happened but my checking account got lighter lol
just the interior left to do, then I’m done except the AC, radio, shucks is it ever going to end

I’m more like Linus, I’ll just continue playing my own music. Spoke with them today, he said “this time I really mean it” lol he promised me the car on Saturday. I know it would have been wrong but Charlie might have felt better if he had kicked her,
I want my car back so there will be no kicking, the price is making me feel better
