Let us know what you find. If that doesn't help, we'll dig deeper.

I am not sure but if i remember correctly, couldn't the problem stem from the resister. I thought when the fan blows on the other speeds but doesn't blow on high, its the resister. I could be wrong but remember something like that.
changed the resister first

I think there's a plastic inline fuse holder, with a 30 amp fuse, in the engine compartment that feeds the max blower. It may be in, or close to the plastic wire gutter that's bolted to the firewall (probably will be closer to the passenger side). The wire may be orange, and will terminate at the horn relay buss, which is the power feed for it. I'll double check a wiring diagram in a bit, getting a slow start today 😴
thank you i will check that tomorrow

I believe if you have a vacuum hose off or leaking, the air flow is automatically directed to the w/s defroster, at the top of the dash, to keep the w/s clear if there is a failure. Check if that is where the air is flowing from and if it is, look for a vacuum hose off, pinched or damaged and leaking.
Good luck!
thank you , i will check the vacuum hoses

You could also have the dreaded "re-man" (rebuilt) compressor!
I replaced 2 rebuilt factory compressors before settling with an aftermarket new one;
Doesn't quite look the same, but man, does it work!
As I said before, AC needs to FUNCTION properly! FORM is only for when you lift the hood!
Hope you're able to work it out with the great advice here!
