lets try this picture.

The picture is not my tranny, but the blue plug / connection is the same as in my car.. The trans came in the car when I bought it a couple of years ago. I have a feeling this must be a new transmission 1978 +. Sorry for the bad pic I will get an actual one later on. It looks like a electrical connection but unable to get a good look as it is hard to see in the car. Will try to get a mirror to see what's on top of it. Thanks guys

It is a blue type of plug that is on the drivers side on a turbo 350, just near where the shift linkage connects to transmission.

ok im having issues with my horn. no clicking when push horn button. put in a new horn relay ran ground from battery to horn relay, horns beep. could it be the wire going from - of terminal to the horn contact????? how do you trace this? any ideas I tried grounding the ground wire at the steering wheel no click or horn thx Bill

ok guys on my 70 the ash tray light is fibre optic? was this an option. On my 71 it has the light bulb.
