Have fun CK and be safe! Ours in Syracuse today too but no where that big for sure. Thank you for all you do to help those in need. And I know it wasn't the first or second parade you marched in it was probably 1770 200 years before your Monte was built 🤔

If someone has a time machine, please pop back 20 years ago and tell me not to install that radio!

I guess some people need to be reminded what a great place this is, it's about a lot more than just cars it's about the people here. I joined the club shortly after finding the fourm and didn't actually sign into the fourm until after my first meet. The people I met were very friendly and made me feel like I've known them for years and friendships have grown stronger over the years. The $25.00 is nothing compared to what we get in return. And as Forrest Gump said that's all I got to say about that.

Well it was in the 70's today and I almost pulled the car cover off and took it off the jack stands but . .......... I was a responsible adult and got the chain saws ready to walk the fence lines this weekend and cut up the trees and limbs that fell over the winter 🙃 Maybe next week
I picked up stuff in the yard and pulled old battery out of lawn mower ( need new one) that's about I could handle. I did say hello to the car as I got tools out of garage though. Still a lot of salt on the roads hopping for some rain to wash it away.

I am now all registered for Syracuse nationals and camping too. I am in a little better shape than I was last year and hoping to be even better by then. Still may rent the scooter for the week though just to be sure I can get around alright, that's a very large area to cover on foot. To see it all in one day you'd actually have to jog around and the next day it'll look like a different show for the most part because some cars move around.

Sometime in May Larry? You probably should know that date after all these years so you can avoid getting into more trouble 😅

I agree Willie. I’m not even washing the car or possibly cars. Too much to do and so little time. Ok I’m gonna take a nap now.
I agree makes no sense to wash them it'll either rain or pick up bugs along the way for sure. Usually a hose at hotel and there are wash bays at the show field anyone can use.

Here is the link to the show schedule for the 4 days. There is quite a bit going on. https://www.syracusenationals.com/schedule-entertainment
Thank you Frank, we like to go to see the bands at night since we stay right on the grounds. Both the rockabilly and main tent (depends on who's playing) I met Candy Clark in the past several times she's very nice. The tickets to see Kindig and Kev dog are pretty steep (private thing, q and a and stuff) but they are known to walk around at the events too. Definitely gonna be a good time for sure.

Yup bolts and nuts. We used to use 5/16x1 inch course thread drop them down through the holes it's much easier than putting the nut on the top.

Most people won't even notice, like Rob said it's your car put on what you like. If someone has a problem with it who cares.

The one I got is a Walmart battery. I know I'm jinxing myself here but it's 12 years old and still starts car no problem. I always have a battery tender on it over the winter months. I got the biggest one that would fit in the battery box, I think it's 875 cca.

If you wake up from the colonoscopy with a sore throat too, they should offer dinner as well... 😁
Yea instead of a little cup of juice and cracker or cookie. I've got a good picture for a comeback to that but can't put it up here. I'll show you next time I see you.

I had a female do my exam this year, her finger is smaller which I'm thankful for after it was done I said well was it as good for you as it was for me? We both laughed. You know how that turned out but at least cought early and completely curable so we move forward.

Sam hasn't been a club officer in at least 5 years. I was thinking it was from maybe 7 years or so ago. Wish Sam could make the eastern meet this year too. He is a great guy and a wealth of information too.

Oh ok I got it now, the first pic is the inside I was thinking that was the outside and I'd be sending it back. I guess I should put my glasses on lol. Like Rob said maybe paint the inside to be safe. Outside looks great.
