At that price you may be better of restoring an original set.

Yea if you can find them that aren't a grand and have to completely redo them.

  2. So I got tested as you know found my psa was up just a little but they did mri and found something.  So then I had to go for biopsy on my prostate.  Of the 14 samples 3 were found with cancer, the levels are very low and its very early.  They have to do a little more testing on the samples then we decide what direction we go. But the Dr said it is 100 percent curable so after the treatment I will be cancer free. So yes it is important to get tested for sure! If your on the fence just do it. It's much better to catch it early. Thank you all that have kind words for me I appreciate it.

  4. I gotta agree with you Joe, other than that one time I had an issue with summit they have been great. They even made the issue I was having right. My brother just bought some guages from summit he got a better price and service from summit than he did from the manufacturer. Parts have gone up so much ( as everything has) and customer service has gone down so much you do need to shop around for sure.

  6. I've heard stories about running trans fluid or kerosene in the oil to clean out inside of engine but with only 10,000 miles I doubt it to dirty in there. I'd bet valve seals or like Larry found a broken inner spring on valve spring which wiped out a couple valve seals. Maybe try a different brand of plug, I use autolite in mine they seem to work well except the one plug fouls after a few thousand miles. I'd say keep tools and plugs with you at all times and enjoy it.

  7. There is a speaker that will fit that left side, it was on another thread somewhere a while back. Hopefully someone else will chime in with the spects. It's a little smaller magnet I believe.

  8. I have a problem with mine fouling number 1 plug also, I put a non fouler in it until I have time and space to do the motor. It's probably valve seals or guides I assume,  I have new heads for it when I do it. Was going to just do heads and cam but not sure if the bottom end will hold up so just going to do it all at once. The non fouler has helped for sure with no ill effects,  I do carry a tool kit and extra plugs with me at all times.
