I had a 70 years ago ordered with bucket seat column shift. Lady ordered the car like that so she could put her purse in-between the seats. The buckets in the picture appear to be from a Camaro or TA 70's-80's.

I learned from a friend of mine that has been dealing with rims for over 25 years and was very knowledgeable on the codes. The YH wheel is correct for a 70 Monte if dated correct for your car. They were also correct for the z28 also if they are 69 date coded they were used on disc brake cars. They stopped the YH codes in late 70 and went to the FW code in 71. So long story short if they are dated correct for your car grab them because it's not easy to find a complete set with the same date code nowadays and for a reasonable price.

Through the years I've personally seen some very weird stuff like that. I seems to happen a lot on Mopars back in the day ,I think they were smoking some wacky stuff back then.

On our Barn find Monte we have 15x7 rally wheels and when we feel we want a different look the P02 hubcaps go right on and no one can tell the Rally's are underneath.

Hello

Welcome

The newer model emblem I would think is much flatter than the one that came on the 70. The thing that I have learned over the years when I try thing's like this is I end up spending more money in the long run and end up with extra"in stock" parts.

Did you run a 12 v wire to the Hei because if you use the original I think it's a brown wire from the starter it cases problems with the mini starter. The car will only want to start when you let go of the key.
