I just sealed my shifter hole, changed my turn signal unit. Put everything back together & the key would not lock! Took it all apart, nothing in the way? 1st prob; Rod that connects to cylinder was off 1 notch. Causing the ignition control to not recognize lock position. 2nd with no steering wheel on the rod pushes column housing up, try holding it down the turning housing to the right. "I believe" Im good, now hope this helps

thnx guys. I found a connector with 4 wires. Green, White Brown and yellow. brown was spliced to tail light brown and white was ground to trunk. have pics but dont know how to upload

Does anyone have a general idea as to why my pass. side blinker or brake lights wont work? changed brake switch, bulbs, checked ground, turn signal switch and wires aren't pinched. The driver side works great.

Darren, much is appreciated! I cant begin to tell you what the previous owner was doing under the dash. this doesn't work that doesn't either this sparks and if you use this all the fuses blow! Thx for the welcome and help

All my MC brothers, I purchased a 72 MC 2 years ago. I finally have time to dig into it. Come to find out that my horseshoe is not original nor the buckets. Does anyone have a idea or pic of how I should wire it up? I dont have reverse lights do I hook anything up to the neutral switch? thx for any input
