What works best for you I have a vibration at a stop light but then if I get rid of the vibration to get it real smooth..it will hesitate on take off I cant find a happy medium Maybe I'll just start over...anyway any info will be much appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted July 9, 2005 Share Posted July 9, 2005 Hey Ray, Yes, you are right 0.019 in is correct for new point's but, try setting them at 0.016 if not new. Check your dwell should, be between 29-31 degrees also, check your wire's especialy at the boots and distributor cap for cracks.Any vac/leaks ?
