lowcadillac
I’d really like to fit a temperature gauge in my ‘70. What happens if I do away with my TCS senor and fit a temp sensor there? Or is it just more sensible to do away with the coolant light and fit my new sensor there instead. TCS sensor on the right side of the engine and temp light sensor on the left,is that correct? monte70car
You can add a water temp sender to the intake if you have an opening. Or you can get a spacer to raise the thermostat and allow for a sending unit to go there. If the TCS is hooked up you may want to leave it, if it’s not hooked up you can remove the TCS. Just remember to drain the coolant below the head or you will have a mess.
